Multiple Uses Of An Easter Candy Basket

In spite of being labeled as an Easter candy basket, these baskets can also be used as baskets for the egg hunt that usually occurs on the day. The object of the egg hunt is to collect as many eggs as possible. These eggs are decorated with rainbows of colors and other decorations. The hard boiled eggs are first cooked or boiled before they are decorated with whatever catches the individual’s fancy. In some cases, children help with the egg decorating while in others, the parents do so n order to surprise the kids. The Easter candy basket will be excellent for use for the Easter egg hunt if it is relatively deep and can hold an average of about ten to fifteen eggs. A handle is to be expected from the Easter candy basket cum egg container since the children will be running around with the basket. Baskets without handles are difficult to bring around.

Another use for the Easter candy basket is as a container for other things other than sweets and chocolates. Some Easter candy baskets are shallow but wide enough to hold hand towels or several bars of soaps or even bottles of shampoo and conditioners for the bathroom. Since most Easter motifs or decorations are reminiscent of country living, many will appreciate their use even out of the season. They can also be used to store magazines, if the basket is wide enough for magazines to lie flat, or if the basket is deep enough to be a magazine stand of sorts.

Another use for the Easter candy basket is as a gift container. Depending on what the gift or gifts may be, an Easter candy basket may be the right container for them. Due to their already decorated appearance and their motif, these baskets may well be great even if they are not wrapped up.
